 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub - American comedian, actress and activist After emigrating to America her birthplace was in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents. She began her career as an actor for children. From 2013 until 2016, she was the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams, and since 2020, she has been the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams. She rose to fame for her roles in television commercials. In addition to her commercial appearances, she also appeared as a series regular on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction show Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). Vayntrub is also the voice for Squirrel girl in Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the unaired television pilot New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish, born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents and she were exiled from antisemitism by the age of two. They settled in West Hollywood. Her family's financial difficulties led to her acting in Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of 5. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School. But, she was kicked out of her sophomore year and earned the GED. Then she was able to receive the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from University of California San Diego. With the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied the art of improv comedy.
