Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) as well as the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and social worker in the past, as well as JoAnn Cook, a weaver and instructor of cooking. Part-Italian, she's also from Italian descent. Cook was able to make her public service announcement while in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children when she was 10 years old and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, and Minneapolis South High School.
